FAQ
What people usually ask us.
How long does a custom website take?
An Essential Website is usually ready two or three weeks after we have your copy and photos. With an assistant and automations, four to six weeks.
Is the website mine?
Yes. With the one-off payment it's yours from delivery. With the subscription, it becomes yours at the end of the 12 months.
Does the assistant say it's an AI?
Yes. Since August 2026 the EU AI Act requires assistants to identify themselves as such, and we always set them up that way. It also hands the conversation over to a person when needed.
What does website maintenance include?
Updates, backups, security, alerts if the site goes down and a set amount of changes each month depending on the plan. Higher plans also include reports and assistant maintenance.
How much do I need to spend on advertising?
We recommend starting with €300–500 a month in ads, paid directly to Meta or Google. Our management is billed separately, with a three-month minimum so we can optimise.
Do prices include VAT?
No. They're prices for businesses and freelancers, and VAT is added (21% in Spain). If your business is in the Canary Islands or outside Spain, we'll set out the tax treatment in your quote.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. We're based in Barcelona and work remotely with businesses across Spain and abroad, in Spanish, Catalan and English.
